Being vegan, I am very, very limited in these first few weeks. I decided to modify an old favorite to work with this 'diet'.

Core and cut an apple in half, leave the peel on. Put in a bowl, cut side up and throw in a few chopped pecans. Drizzle with organic raw agave nectar and sprinkle liberally with cinnamon. Microwave uncovered for 5 minutes, baste and microwave again for another 3 minutes. The agave and cinnamon makes a nice thick sauce.

Hope this helps if you have been having a serious sweet tooth. It is so yummy and you sneak in fruit as a dessert!

p.s. if you use the lighter colored agave, it will add sweetness without having an overpowering taste in any recipe and it is compliant as heck!
