Ok, I know this is not on our list of foods to eat. I bought it 2 weeks before I started the program. I don't want to throw it away because of the money I spent.
Here's the information on the box: 1 wedge is 35 cal; total fat 2g; sodium 260mg; total carbs 1g and protein 2.5g
The ingredients are: light cheddar, cheddar, swiss and semisoft cheese (cultured milk and skim milk), whey, cream sodium phosphate, sodium and citrate, salt.
Should I use this with a cheat meal or avoid eating all together?
My other plan is to create a snack recipe and pawn it off on my family when they visit for my son's 6th birthday party. (Better them than me |

Hi S!
It's a little heavy on the fat to protein ratio, but you should be fine having the occasional wedge with meals and snacks. If you're going to have more than a wedge or so at a time, I'd recommend saving it for a cheat meal. (Or pawning it off on relatives!)
Thanks for your query!
Best Wishes,
Chris |
