Hello- I left work in 1989 due to illness and eventually retired early due to exposures to chemicals from xray development, autoclave chemicals, large amount of cigarette smoke and black mold.
I will be 55 years old in two months and have always had concerns about the future due to this. I was interested in colon cleansing and purchased a kit from Dr. Natura to use but I also want to get started with your program. Should I do the cleansing first or could I do both at the same time? The cleansing takes over a month to do and I would like to start both if you thought it was okay to do. Thanks very much for any and all advice. _________________ "How long does getting thinner take?" by Winnie-the-Pooh. I will be 55 in 2008 and don't want to waste any time! |

Hi C!
As long as you can eat as the program prescribes, I see no reason why you can't do both at once. However, if the colon cleanse entails avoiding certian foods that are an integral part of the program (such as lean animal protein), or eating/drinking certain things that are "off-limits" during the first three weeks (such as fruit juice), then it would be best to do the cleanse first and then start the program.
Hope this helps!
